How long does Elderberry Syrup last?

Our elderberry syrups have a 12 month shelf life from the date they were produced. Once open, store in fridge and enjoy syrup within 6 weeks. Of course some people report open syrup etc keeping well for more than 3 months in the fridge.

Refrigerate after opening – shake well as the spices settle on the bottom.

Suggestion: You can freeze syrup in ice cube trays or make icy poles with remaining syrup.
